B:There isn't going to be a UT2k5. Epic is coming out with a UT2k4: Editor's Choice edition for next year and the extra content will be downloadable for free.

there is going to be a 2k5 but 2k4 owners can download the content for free as you said
2k6 is gonna be new engine
