Is there a way to turn off all the global chat so the only thing that appears is teamchat? I know it could be done in Q3, don't know about XMP.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

But Fleury, how would you hear the deranged mumblings of the rest of the XMP community if you turned off the public chat?
I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't hear the witty guy from the other team say "Sorry" everytime he kills me.

hmm turning off chat :/ u could turn off both by messin with one of the files but 1 of them hmm dont think it can be done

Possibly muck about the same way you can force spectators to either be silent, or only use public chat...
