I need help!!

Does anyone know how to force the refresh rate for UT using d3d? My operating system is win2k, i'm using a 3d prophet 4500, and i have a kds av-7tf monitor. Any info would be appreciated.

I did search this forum for an answer to this already, but I wasn't able to find anything. I hope you guys can help.
