UT sound keeps playing...

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. When I exit UT the music keeps playing, when I start it up again, ,the music starts twice, and then when i exit the second time it's playing twice. (*shudder*) Then I press cntrl+alt+delete to end UnrealTournament task, and I do that twice, but the music doesn't just stop, it skips, as tho the computer were frozen, but it is of course not. Any suggestions? the only fixer has been to restart, and I haven't re-installed yet, because I was trying to avoid it...

i would just repatch to 436 first. i believe this has happened to me once, but it went away when i reloaded ut and quit out.

acutally what you need to do is buy a new computer. Totally replace everything and never use the same software in the new machine. Use someone's elses copy of UT to reinstall it.
