Banned From Wiki

Hi,
I am currently located in india. I read about the wiki being bombed using a indian isp reliance. I am currently using a ISP called Sify. Turns out i am getting the banned message at the wiki , thus i am unable to access it. In fact none of my friends on the same ISP can access it. Is there a solution to this ? Or i will have to change Isp.
