You should use some sort of fog in there. It looks really clear for a mountainside covered in snow. Also the concrete looks to clean. You would want to snow that up too.

Otherwise it looks awesome.

Snowy mountaintops aren't necessarily enveloped in fog, though. Definitely not the case for the 2 I stood on a month ago.
That said, the odd snowflake in the wind would be cool. If no snow on the concrete, then definitely a wet shimmer to it.

The yellow lights attract a lot of attention, but I'm not sure if that's intended or not.
You could consider changing their color to something more harmonious, and use yellow lighting on the doorway instead.

It's intentionally harsh and imposing. I could probably do more work on this project later on, as right now I'm tasked with getting a Team together for school.

@Cosmix : Slowly? I want this WAR to come quickly alive!
I don't why or how, but your pictures are splendid. I don't mean the map itself (but I could), but you may have take some very high-res screenshots to obtain this.

@ Pandemonium : I'm very interested of what you can produce with UDK.
Your texture is awesome! can I have a preview of the diffuse, to see how I have to
take photos to get this?
Is it made with Crazybump?

Crazybump is a must-have tool for generating bumpmaps and grayscale maps.
You also have to make a seemless version of your texture to have it look decent in-engine first.

Like such.

When I play UT3 I make use of 'NVIDIA Inspector 1.9.5.5.' There you can override and enhance UT3 ingame graphic settings. Just use the 'Unreal Tournament III' profile to tweak. My settings (GTX470).
