Radeon 64 owners

I was wondering of all you Radeon owners what type of setting do you use for UT? D3D or OpenGL? I was using D3D since I got my Radeon and it played well but then I tryed the OpenGL Beta DLL and loaded the Compressed Texture off the second CD and my Jaw dropped. They're too good to be true. My believe my frame rate even got better than with D3D but havn't checked it.
I still think I should be doing better. What do you all think?

AMD 850 Athlon on a GA-7ZX Gigabyte MB
384 Mb PC-133
6 gig HD
Radeon 64 agp
SB Live MP3+
Win98SE OS.

Running Compressed Textures in OpenGL
4153 frames in 94.28 sec.,min.23.05,max.106.95,avg.44.04
800x600 32bit all settings at high(corons,vol.lighting,shiney,full everything)

I think these frame rates are low, anyone want to coment?

Im a Radeon user..

Ur numbers there looks a little low..but I dont use Open GL so I wouldnt know the numbers you should get. I use d3d and play 1024x768x32 and everything set at high all eye candy on and get 78 on the flyby intro. So maybe you should go and try d3d and see what you can get with it. I dont like playin in Open GL its to dark anyway.

But now it doesn't go choppy at all. When I had the 64 MB and Voodoo 3 2000 in there, it would always get choppy and never count the time that it was. It was 53FPS, alright, but only when the game was moving.

Makes me wonder what UT would be like now if I had my Voodoo 3 2000 in there instead of the TNT.

Ok from now on will everyone include data on the following in there posts for fps in intro (casue it makes alot of difference and without the detail there is absolutally no point to this thread).

1/ Full system specs
2/ Resolution
3/ world/model detail level
4/ What mode you run in (d3d/open gl/glide)
5/ NoFractalAnim on or off
6/ Dynamic lighting on or off
7/ High detail actors on or off
8/ Volumetric lighting on or off
9/ Hardware audio on or off
10/ 3D surround on or off

I can add about 20 fps to my score by fiddeling with these settings (not even touching the world detail or resolution) so please include this info from now on, it may be a hassle but there isnt anypoint in posting if it isnt going to be usefull to people....
