I'm the Unix sysadmin and Oracle DBA for a company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I also am a PL/SQL developer and 'Project Specialist' which just means when someone needs to make something work better they call me, whether it takes 2 minutes or 2 weeks of work, since I'm the Answer Man.
My current project is automating a graphs production system using Crossgraphs and Perl which will save the analysts several hours for each client.
I guess, like Rooster, my official title really should be Jack-of-All-Trades.. And I'm proud of that /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif.

I work the late shift and that gives me time to surf Forums all day

Im a Juinor in High School right now and i go to a Technical School and learn PhotoShop 5 for 3per out of 6 periods.
but when i graduate im going to ITT Tech to become a Computer Tech and Programing, the good thing is i alredy have a Schlorship to go there /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif
and i used to have a job desiging Web Sites.
We all seem to have Pretty cool jobs, bunch of computer freaks here /~unreal/ubb/html/wink.gif

Well as of right now I'm doing telephone tech support for a line of home networking products (Intel Anypoint Home Network)It pays the bills and gives me enough money to support my wife while she is in graduate school and keep up on computer upgrades.
I'm going to be interviewing for a job this week with Bell Atlatic doing DSL support. It pays 30,000 a year witch is quite a bit more than I'm getting paid now. Not bad seeing as how I'm only 22 and all I have is an Associates Degree. Granted I'll be working both jobs since my wife is due May 3rd with a baby girl!
I had jobs on the mind that's why I started this thread.
If I get this job (which is almost a sure thing) then I'll be able to live more comfortably. This is huge for me. I'll let you guys know how it goes!

a.k.a. High School Senior. If I get into MIT, I'll take a Computer Sci. Major (and maybe a double math maj. too). Then I'll graduate and umm... play games.
The Monkeys are ruining my concentration by punching each other in the genitals. I tried to stop them, but they just punched me in the genitals. At first it was funny, but now it's just annoying.

Here's my track record, as I'm sure you all were anxiously awaiting. (try not to get too jealous, I know it's impressive)
