Getting a werid error when staring UT server

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. THe error is in BLue (Below), also the web admin is not working. Did work

Details:
Work in progress, building UT server
Windows 2003 SP1
Unreal Tournament
Dell GX620 3.2 HT 1gig ram
Internet connection: 9mb/1mb up
Mapvote3.04 is working , comes up at the end of game
