There's no such thing as an unbiased source.

I only pay attention to unbiased sources.

So you're limiting sources to strictly unbiased sources...

...

Seems kinda like a blanket-out...?
No, I just meant that it's not like you can go to PolitiFact and then put a big, friendly rubber stamp on it that says "CASE CLOSED".

United Kingdom is not a country.
hmm, I wonder if tax money is going into that...

maybe because we like individualism and not collectivist welfare state? we'd like to remain a wealthy superpower, thanks...

oh, and not to mention this whole healthcare thing isn't even constitutional.

You really are scared of socialism if you think you lose your individuality. either that or you miss-understand i.

anyway an MEP idiot has made this personal

Firefly, since you are outside the US, how much on the "socialism-o-meter" is this healthcare bill? Others that live out of the US can answer as well.

I can sigh as well
look

sigh..

I live in a socialist country and I don't feel any impingement on my individuality. Just because the state provides doesn't mean you have to take it.

Wikipedia, very trustworthy.

Obama's health care bill is a big step in the right direction. It's not as socialist as a full blown NHS style state care but it's most definitely needed. And why shouldn't the whole population help with the cost? Everyone uses it.

Socialism and the American way are compatible. How many amendments are there to the constitution? Not much of a Constitution if it keeps getting re-written.
