I can read that netspeed could be adjusted to reduce online lag, but how? How does too high a setting worsen lag? What is the drawback of a real low setting?
And I thought I read somewhere that the default setting of ServerMaxRate should be changed, but I lost the thread/link. What is this setting for?
Is there a good tweak guide to cover these? (I got the one from 3dSpotlight.com, and it didn't go into this detail.)
