Ok I am using the UnrealEngine2 runtime (duh). I am trying to make a weapon and the tutorials I have looked at have all been for the unreal games. The UnrealEngine2 runtime doesn’t come with pre built weapons I could use as an example so could anyone direct me to a tutorial specifically for UnrealEngine2 runtime. I basically have a blank slate and I want to create my own stand alone game using Unreal.
My major problem at the moment it that my weapon won’t display in game. I have created a static mesh and an animated mesh for it and have them all compiled and every-thing. I know that the animated mesh is working because I have a simple script that just plays a mesh’s animation in game. I think my problem is in the code but again I have no examples so I am running blind.
