Lan game for Unreal

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Lan setup is easy providing you obey a few simple rules.
1. Enable TCP/IP protocol on all machines.
2. Assign unique IP addresses - for the server use 192 168 0 1, for the seconf machine use 192 168 0 2 etc. And set the subset mask to 255 255 255 0 on all machines.
3. Make sure both machines are running the same patch version.
4. Run as a server on one, and "join" game on the other. Choose "Lan games" tab, it may take a few seconds to show but show it will if the connection and protocols are OK.
