UT bug

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

My Unreal Tournament (or my computer) must have some bug because the game freezes when I try to load the “Eternal Cave” level, in CTF. It is something related with Galaxy sound.

How can I bypass this level so I can proceed playing the game?

What sound card are you using? What patch and PC Specs?
Here's a few general things that may apply to you..
Disable Hardware sound and surround sound.
Upgrade to the latest patch.
Galaxy sound isn't a specefic sound package it's something to do with UT's sound as a whole if I'm not mistaken.
