UE3 - UDK Problem with imported skeletal mesh

Hi guys!

Can someone help me with this problem:

- I created a char in Maya 2011, put joints/painted weight and exported with axmain to UDK.

But when I put my char on level, I got this:

See? He is small.. yes I know... but he is floating...

When I look at the "BOunds" I see that:

I'm not sure if the problem is the blue box that is too high for my character, or the size of the mesh that is too small..

Some relationed with phisics... Don't know...

Can someone help me?
