It wasn't renamed, just that earlier UT:GOTY, UT2003 and UT2004 had a single website, and since UT3 they added a redirect to UT3 from UT:GOTY's site. So you'll get to the old site by going to either http://www.unrealtournament2003.com/ or http://www.unrealtournament2004.com/ . Actually, I'm surprised Epic did that with the websites, as the Unreal portal, http://www.unreal.com/ (IE required) wasn't updated and still doesn't have UT3 and UT:GOTY points to UT3...

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
good to see the unrealtournament page has only been renamed and mixed with ut2003/ut2004 but there is no hopefull conclusion with the UT support page link, as it redirects now to http://atari.com/us/ directly instead of their UT support page.
No trace from my searches on their support page of the NGStatsFix.
google pointed me to various dead links , and here :

ftp://ftp.atari.com/patches/in the past there was an ut ( and an unreal ) directory on both ftp that contained the NGStatsFix.umod and NGStatsFix.exe , but strangely the ut or unreal directories do not exist anymore on both those ftp.
Apparently it is not because UT is old, as they always have directory about games even older than UT.
