Unreal Engine Marketplace Opens

Yesterday, Epic officially launched their Unreal Engine marketplace. In addition to filling the Epic vaults with gold, the marketplace will serve as yet another nail in the coffin of competing engines.

There you will find virtual goods created by users as well as Epic Games themselves. Some of it is free, and some is not, with the user taking a cut of their own creations.

If you're currently using the engine -- or just curious to see a preview of what they've got -- drop in and check it out.
