The Module c:\windows\desktop\unreal\infiltration280.mod is corrupt--probably due to an incomplete or corrupt

this happens with every mod I download.
And I know its not a bad download because I have some on cd R that worked fine before.
But for some reason its not letting me install any mods
on the web or on my mod cd I made.
They all worked great before ,
And any mods I get off the web does the same freaking thing,No install
so some help would be nice
