I'm afraid I don't follow you...

My animation is is of a tournament gladiator repeatedly falling into a pit of lava, to make sense of my name, DANGER. To get more of a perspective, take a look at this map:

You'll see plenty when you read "Every Young Man's Battle".

Honestly, this book helped me with the habit.
I've been without for 2 months and 1 week!

5-year record, that is.

How is masterbation a problem? It doesn't dominate my life, nothing in my life suffers from it. It's actually healthy as it drains my prostate which is proven to help you prevent prostate cancer.

I can see how it's a problem like anything else if it dominates your life, but I would say I masterbate less than I eat food maybe even only every other day. How is that a problem?

Yeah, having a good jerk has good health benefits. Stress relief and lowering the chances of some types of cancer are indeed real effects.

Yes, we all know what the PHYSICAL health benefits are. But there's plenty of emotional stuff that's gonna come back in a few years and bite you in the ass, which is caused by picturing chicks to assist in your session. When you're in a full-on proper relationship, you'll start picturing everything from your past. That will distract you from the magnificent beauty of the wonderful woman you have at your side, and it will tear you up inside.

And you could find out all that if you JUST READ THE FRICKIN' BOOK!!

Unless - is there anyone here who would like to claim that they're not thinking of a chick every time they "have fun"?

That's exactly my point. And that's not a good thing. Read below.

LOL who said anything about scars? That would have to involve some sort of trauma. I don't think I have to say anything to that. You should just reread my post (I was saying that all the girls you picture now will distract you from thinking of your wife/de0facto partner in your future years). And while you're at it, read the book.

You are so off base...
No, I'm afraid that would be you. I'm afraid I can't indulge such unfounded accusations. Especially from someone who's so disturbingly uninformed. Have you read the book?

The difference between you and me, is you are talking from your emotions, whereas I am talking from the wealth of knowledge I have gained from reading books. However; similarities between the 2 of us include, but are not limited to, the fact that I liked it so much that I couldn't get away from it for 5 years.

So I know where you're coming from. But it's still not right. You need to listen to me. :(

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I've just placed that book in my Amazon shopping cart. Thanks DangerX!

I have been struggling to rid myself of my insatiable addiction for years, and I'm sure that this time, with the help of a never-ending torrent of religious quotes from a religion that I am not part of, I will succeed!

I don't follow you. People usually use "a never-ending torrent of religious quotes from a religion that I am not part of" in the context of a bad thing, and yet you end with "I will succeed"...

Are you being sarcastic, or...? :/

What kind of emotional stuff are you talking about?! It just sounds like to me that it's your own personal choice because you feel guilty about it. I don't know why it would distract you from the current girl you're with?! You maybe using another girl to assist you, but it's an act of lust, not love.

Maybe YOU thought of porn while giving your girl a sausage stuffing, but I never did that. Don't tell me how ****ing misguided I am because I didn't read some dumbass book to tell me how to live my own life. This is like the third time you've spouted off about some book or another that will "change your life" or some ****. If you are sad enough to need a book to fix your life, then I don't think I need to be taking advice from you.

In short, go **** yourself.

Also, #fragBU doesn't seem to exist. I opened up a blank channel...

The more of yourself you give away now, the less you'll have to give when you find that girl who you're absolutely besotted with, who you can't get off your mind, who has absolutely no flaws in your eyes, etc. etc. That's one aspect of it.

Another aspect is this: as you see/do stuff, your mind remembers it. And when you're in a committed relationship later on in your life, and you're doing stuff with your woman, those images of other women doing stuff (whether it be from porn or your own previous experiences) will come from your memory into your consciousness and you can't properly concentrate on your woman. As you keep indulging in your personal sexual habits that are outside of the relationship between you and your woman (e.g. porn, masturbation) you will see her as somewhat more of an object, and less of a human person with feelings and emotions. And that's damaging to your relationship.

I can safely say that there's a good reason that the 7th commandment says to not commit adultery. I can quote loads of scriptures regarding sexual immorality, but for the meantime I won't, except for one, where it says in Matthew 5:28 that anyone who stares at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Peace out! ;)

P.S.
What is this compulsion that all you you have to constantly castigate me? Why can't you just say "Danger, we respect your views, but we disagree"?
