New UT3 installation, help with error?

I recently rebuilt my rig and I wanted to see just how well UT3 ran with full settings.

The old rig was running Win7 Ultimate 32-bit and I installed UT3 from a retail box.

I have since misplaced the retail box, so I got UT3 off Steam. I am now running Win7 Pro 64-bit.

Upon installation, where it asks for the "CD key", I get this (and then it crashes to desktop):

Any help? I have removed, and reinstalled Microsoft's C++ runtime modules for 2005, 2008, and 2010.

Try to manually install OpenAL.
