It certainly should be if the car [which is road-legal] costs $1,300,000/£780,000.00 (and each car costed $8 million/£5 million to make!), and it's top speed is at 248.5mph! - and which car is that?

The Veyron is one of my favourite cars. Awesome to look at, and it must be awesome to drive as well. Definitely lottery win material.

Did you read the review? It (surprisingly for Top Gear) pretty much coincides with what I feel. Driving is not about straight line speed, it's all about the corners. Doubly so for biking.

Bugatti (owned by the Volkswagon group) have loads and loads of money. For the relatively small loss they make on these cars (they will only sell a few, in comparison to millions of VW Golfs) they couldn't care for loosing money.
They easily make back there profits on their other cars.

And can claim to have the fastest and most power full car in existence.

The one on the programme looked alot better...actually it looked pretty incredible. It's be amazing to own something like that, like they said on Top Gear, there might not ever be another car like it.
