UE2 - UT2kX Teleport Texturing

Does anyone know a good tutorial for texturing teleports. I was following this one but all the images (which show the settings) are missing.. :(

Those are emitters. Open a map that has an effect similar to what you want, copy it and adjust it to your needs. For more advanced effects I recommend reading an emitter tutorial.
