Raw, Catchy and heavy, old school death metal at it's finest.

Her and her music are the opposite of her name.

Youtube a few of her singles, there's quite a few 'happy' ones, this one I linked is still on top by far. She has an incredible talent, one of the best voice I've heard in the Chillout/Lounge music industry and she needs to get picked up more often.

If you liked the Gutted, give these guys a listen. Both these bands were pretty short lived, but managed to put out at least one incredible album during the time they were active. To this day I'm still running across some of these 1-2 album wonders that never seemed to make their way out of the local scene they were in. So I'm always keeping my eye out for those old missing and forgotten gems as well as keeping my eye on newer stuff.

I had to look up Winter at the Encyclopaedia Metallum, this site has been a great help in tracking down information on rare bands. There were 4 bands listed with that name, two in the US. From there I was able to find them on youtube as well. I can vaguely remember seeing their Logo years ago, but they never really made an impression on me at that time. I have some of the compilations they were on, but none of their actual releases.

So much good metal, so little time to listen to it all. :)

indeed, i wish there were sites comparable with the archives for other music genres, especially hardcore and prog rock, but alas.

I personally like the recent rediscovering of Timeghoul and nirvana 2002. Both never really released anything international originally but of the latter recently a compilation was released and apparently timeghoul will get its own soon.

00011000.001 and 01100000.001 from Machinarium soundtrack, I don't actually know the tracks' names they're in the "11" folder of the game.

I've put them on a play list and repeat them all day long for a week.

Morgion - "Basking under a black sun dawning" from 'Among Majestic Ruin'.

If you like Doom Metal, this is a classic album well worth checking out.
