Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I'm betting it's one of those deals where if you have to ask you can't afford it.
But to make a rough guess here, just off the top of my head, likely closer to a hundred thousand than not...
I could always be wrong of course, but the Unreal engine is very popular so my estimate, if I am wrong, is FAR more likely very conservative than exaggerated .

last I checked, it was $300,000 for the engine used to make Unreal Tournament. So it is a very premium game engine that only very big game developers are going to be able to afford, or if they manage to get a publisher that would be willing to buy the game engine for them.
