Mouse wheel

I am having difficulties trying to use the mouse wheel as the reload. However, I can use the wheel to change weapons.

I have all the latest drivers for the mouse (Logitech Mouseman Wheel) and all the files for UT.

I thought you could only use one key for one command, because the mouse-wheel IS a key. If you choose "mouse-wheel up" to change weapons, you can't use "mouse-wheel up" to reload also.
