Then today I got offerred a job in Tokyo from one of our customers two huge 3D development tools just because they are so stoked at my ability.

Personally the moment BuF starts asking me to download extra mods to browse it is the same day I feel i'll need to pirate it *wink*... I mean stop visiting it, we shouldn't need the internet equivalent of waders and gloves to browse BuF and it's not unreasonable for mature people to suggest maybe "Growing up" is not a bad idea.
It's not good, IMO, to facilitate the concept that no BuF'er should have any consideration for another BuF'er and as far as i'm concerned the current BuF rules and the very existence of a NSFW tag, that has worked fine up untill now, justifies everything BBA has said.

My job involves me to think and solve problems. I do my job very well, so well in fact, that I applied for a job in Tokyo and got a call back the very next day. They haven't seen me in person and want to hire as soon as I get my visa. Yesterday I got a job offer from a company that makes 3 very large 3D design tools. I didn't even apply, they just asked me because what I am doing at work involves me to work with them.
I think my any means I am productive, but I also work smarter not harder. Nice stab in the dark, but you missed.
