Yeah, video shows. Sound was easy enough to add with FRAPS, I had previously that crap called Vista on my computer when I couldn't get it to work.
Gonna do some reading up on his h264 codec.

The h264 codec is fine, but I've found that WMV is actually the best for the size/quality ratio (the only thing is that it's really, really slow, and if you converted it once, don't reconvert it any more from that codec).
Interesting that you record at 60 FPS and then set it to 30 when encoding, it should work nicely for smoothing out the framerate in the recording. But don't you get random framerate drops when recording things at that resolution?..

It's a mix of effects, top layer is using Find Edges, with black and white so the edges arent coloured. A curves adjustment to boost the brightest edges and then a slight glow.
The layer blend mode is on Add and placed above the same video, but only effect the bottom one has is black and white.
Then the colour is done from a ramp on overlay blend mode.

Some of those frags were sped up too much...they loose their glory when you cannot see much of how they occurred.
Those were some terribly boring frags. It was like watching an over-saturated pub game.

That was actually quite good. Though your camera movement is very spastic. A little smoother and it would be perfect.
