UE3 - UT3 Problem with mesh and TakeDamage event

There is a problem with my mesh, when I shoot at it, it is supposed to play an animation made in matinee but the problem is that with mostly all weapons,nothing happen... but with some type of damage (the "right click" of the flackcannon for example) it works fine, maybe because of the explosion of this damage type?. The collision type of the mesh is blockAll and I tried playing with the damage treshold and MinDamageAmount in kismet. Also the MaxThriggerCount is set to 0.

Any idea?
