What kinda tracks do you listen to playing UT?

As we all know, the music in UT is pretty cool. However, after a while I turned it off and began playing MP3's through Winamp as I'm fragging. Standard UT or Inf, I'll usually have two tracks going:

1. Cypress Hill - How I Could Kill A Man
2. House Of Pain - Top O The Mornin To Ya

And if I'm up for it,

3. Suicidal Tendencies - Cyco Vision

What about the rest of you?

If anything I choose between the following:

Clawfinger: The Biggest and the Best; this tune fits absolutely marvellous, especially when you run rampant with an automatic weapon.

U96: Das Boot (techno version); This adds a nice atmosphere to any game, although I tend to go berzerk when the chorus is playing, while my playstile is pretty slow during the rest of the song.

Rammstein: Rammstein; This one really gets me worked up! My matches usually turn into a game of hide and seek when I play this one.

Spybreak and Ultrasonic sound from the Matrix. Never saw the movie tho. Also, songs from Reservoir Dogs (little green bag, stuck in the middle with you) and Pulp Fiction (miserlou, surf rider). And when I'm really in the need to get pissed at the bots I'll play some hit'em up. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Heheh, I'll leave my age to your imagination. /infopop/emoticons\icon_wink.gif

As for my choice of music, well what can I say. You were expecting Celine Dion or Amanda Marshall? I find the tracks have a certain beat that seems to mesh well with my style of gameplay. Gets me pumped up and ready for killing.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not much of a rap fan. In fact, my music tastes are so variegated I can't say I listen to any specific type of music. If I ever get a list of my MP3's, I'll show you.

Hehehe... cool...

In truth I don't know what I was expecting, I guess the age group I assumed you were in from your posts generally hates rap with a passion.

Well, since you people listen to that kind of music, you prolly don't know these bands. But anyways, here's the stuff that I listen to while playing (I only named bands because I usually listen to whole CDs, not invidual tracks):

22-Pistepirkko (finnish rock band)
Manic Street Preachers (one of my favorite punk bands ever)
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (one of the coolest swing bands ever)
CMX (finnish art rock...maybe my favorite band ever)
Ismo Alanko (finnish art rock...also very good)
Hassisen Kone (finnish punk/pop/rock band from the eighties)
Blur (best britpop band)
Kahimi Karie (french/japanese pop singer)
Cornelius (Japanese rock/techno weirdness)
Stone Temple Pilots (IMHO the best american band ever)
Björk (one of the best pop singers ever)
Gay Dad (british rock...pretty good)
The Beatles (I still like them...especially Revolver owns)
Cardigans (swedish pop/rock band)

Yeah, my music taste is a bit weird...

If I listen to music at all, it´s soundtracks (Apocalypse Now, Starship Troopers), German Gothic/Darkwave or Heavy Metal, depends on my mood.
