I got it by just buying the 2 cd version of UT
I think it get boring

Chaos UT is a mod, like most other mods, you may download it off the net!
the one you are talking of is the GOTY (go-tee) version of UT which included Chaos, and Rocket Arena.
Thats why AH always makes his maps for UT, then has people convert them.
And last time i checked, AH did have a job.

UT is the pen and paper RPG equivelant of FPS games, so open for new gameplay types.
