I've been trying to attach silencers and lasersights to my gun models. What Im trying works fine if the model hasnt been inverted (eg set up for the left hand). As soon as the model is inverted I get wierd effects from the objects I attach.

From the effect I get when I move the gun around it seems that the attachment itself isnt being inverted with the gun (the gun gets flipped in the renderoverlays code). For an example of what I mean heres a couple of screenies

Can anyone tell me what I need to do in order to have the silencer on the left hand gun face the correct way?

I've tried a few different things on this now - trying to do a drawactor call from the gun, trying to make the class itself invert the model. Does anyone have any suggestions at all on how to get the attachment facing the right way? Or any suggestions on how to attach a silecer using a completely different method?

thanks
