S3fix problem with UT GOTY install

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

I attempted to reinstall UT GOTY on 32 bit Windows 7. So I installed UT GOTY fine, installed Bonus Pack 4 fine and the high res textures from disc 2.

I can't seem to run S3fix.exe and get the following screen (not mine, but taken from another thread because it's exactly the same as my error):

What do I do to fix this?
