I really dig the originators of the style Hawkwind, the cosmic dead are one of the best new bands, US Christmas is great too and you might like something like Neu! too.

You mentioning Neu! and listening to Hawkwind made me realise just now that Krautrock and spacerock are essentially the same and I am a huge fan of The Can which is IMO the best rock thing to come out of Germany.

i wouldnt quite call it the same but some krautrock definitely was space rock.
Can fucking rules yeah.

I don't get it, there's so much (c)rap and hip hop on the air but the real good stuff, like Doom, I never hear outside of my music collection. :mad:
