I want to attach sounds to moving objects and I cannot find a shred of information on how, if it is indeed possible, to do so.
So I'm going to make it simple. In a large square room, I want a large orb to fly by my character. I don't even care about doppler effect at this point, I just want that orb to have a sound that moves with it. How do I do this? If you know, I will thank you with the warmth of a thousand suns.

Nevermind. I figured it out. Add an ambientsoundmovable to the map, attach to interpActor, hard attach.
