blank maps

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. having a prob with maps in practice session.
the window on the right that shows the level is blank and the level won't start.
any ideas how to fix this?
i have tried reinstalling the maps and that doesn't work.

Make sure that all Texture files (utx) that came with the map are in your Texture folder. The same goes for Sounds (uax), Music (umx), and system (.u).

Are you talking about a single custom map, or all UT maps in general?

have checked and rechecked all files
this prob is occuring with 6 custom maps that i have installed.
at one time they were all working.
these are CTF maps that i got from file planet.
also some of the DM maps are doing the same thing but i haven't downloaded any of them except what was in the bonus packs.

thanks for the input but i think some maps just don't come with a picture.i have deleted and reinstalled all th maps that are missing the picture and get the same thing.
but the levels are still playable.
does anyone know how to add the picture?
