That may be the most pointless mod ever. Turning the HUD completely off is easy, you hit the - key a bunch and it goes away by degrees, the + key brings it back...

It goes further than removing the HUD.

While there are no enemies presented here, composition of the image is important. It directs the eyes towards the subject as well as makes the eyes explore the image. Rule of thirds is sort of a general guideline to follow. Placing your subject near where the lines intersect (in a tic-tac-toe grid) will make the shot more interesting.

This is at least one basic tip. Having the subject (if it's a character or animal) directed into the scene also makes it more natural. If they're looking directly at you, it may seem artificial or unnatural. As with architecture, look for the lines.

Well...

what the hell is that shit?
ion cannon uplink??
The ionizer is a satellite based weapon, after it's in the sky that gun paints the target for it to shoot at.
Am I watching actual brush-based geometry being blown away, or is that just a particle effect that doesn't affect the map whatsoever?
The map shakes, landscape is blown to pieces, and... let's just say it effects a lot!

mucho

I'm debating on whether it's a toaster or PC. :D
PC... but if you want toast I also have a toaster.
What are the specs, what res do you run games at and what fps do you get?
I play small res, usually about 800x600 for ut99, larger for ut2004 and u2.
....is that the mod equivalent of Geocities?
...uhm...
I think you nearly succeeded in melting my eyeballs... >_<
Then I can see my work is done here...

...though I'm sure frying your eyeballs other ways is available.
