No. I never played nintendo.
Back then, there were three kinds of people.
Sega people, Nintendo people and the PC people.

I had this 386 16 mhz with almost 2mb of ram. It´s still standing in the kitchen, back home. My mom has some obscure recipies for turkey on it.

I´ve had it with turkey. That´s why I moved out. Now I can roast all the monkeys I want.

i recently download a Commodore 64 emulator, including a bunch of games i used to play on a real one.

man, it was memory lane all over. when i played Impossible Mission after all that time i felt like an eight year old once more. :)

I used to love programming games and recording them onto tape...ah, memories :)

Ahhh, Wolfenstein and Doom... the good 'ol days :)

Makes me all more happy that Return to Castle Wolfenstein (on the Q3 engine) and Doom 3 (ID's new project) are in the making.

I wonder: would you still be able to run as fast as in Doom 1 and 2? I doubt it; precalculating will be a hard job with that speed...
