I've had Tourette('s) Syndrome for about 6 years. I absolutely agree that he doesn't have it and the condition he is portraying is far more similar to borderline-personality disorder plus some type of very poorly acted motor-tic. It's funny, but Tourette('s) shouldn't be its selling point.
