mover textures being unaligned in game

I'm not sure if you already did it this way:

Add your door shapes as regular brushes off to the side somewhere, properly texture and align, then for each intersect each piece, and add your mover in the proper position.

You cannot change the texturing of a mover brush, by making it with a normal brush and intersecting, the mover brush retains the texture properties of the original brush.

You can then delete the extra brushes, or like most do, leave them in a subtracted cube not part of the map, so that you can always just intersect again to get more doors.

You will also find it a lot easier to align the textures if you merge the polys on the brush, you may also find it lights up a lot better in game too especiallt if its dynamically lit.
