There seems to be enough of us interested in photography so since everything else has an official thread photography has one now too.:) Basically this thread is for all thing photography such as pictures you took help/advice etc.

Starting it off; I just developed my first venture into film with my Lomo LC-A. Let me know what you think. Also, I discovered the camera has an issue with it eating the bottom of the film in the track holes (or whatever they are called) it doesn't seem to stay on track and chews up that part of the film. The frame seems to be ok though. Anyone know a place to get this fixed. Could it be a pressure plate issue?

Anyway, here is my first real shot in the world of film.

It's official because he says it's official, which makes any other thread with the same subject/title unofficial and lame. It's a matter of copyrights;)

Oh, btw .. that's my official response.

Don't steal it.

2 taken with my mobile phone in the forest near my parents' home. Not really a perfect focus or anything, but what did you expect. I tried manual focus, but it's really hard to see on such a small screen. ;)
Give me a decent SLR, and I'll start producing quality:p

Here are a few pics from 2 months ago, some "God I wished I had a camera" moments. Sun and snow makes such cool effects but it's hard to capture without good equipment (or skill :p). Shot with a Sony Ericsson K750i.

The first shot is really good. I am surprised by the DOF your phone has. Do you have a proper camera? Good POV too.

Well, I *do* have a Pentax P30 lying around somewhere, but seeing as it's an analog SLR and a really old one AND good rolls are becoming very hard to find, it's more practical to just use the average digital cameras we have a home.

The camera on my phone is a 5MP Schneider-Kreuznach (never heard of it, maybe some more experienced photographers have though. My guess is that giving the lens a german name makes it seem professional though;))
It's on the LG viewty. It takes pretty good pictures (+ manual focus, even in macro mode!:D) but currently it has some image compression issues. The picture is perfectly sharp in the viewfinder....until you actually snap it, then it becomes blurred. Needs a fix ASAP:)

@Angel mapper: The right side of that picture looks like it just popped off one of those homeopathic 'health' products or something:)
@Lynx, nice!

I experimented with my k550i's crappy 'cybershot' camera yesterday at school. The photography teacher (picture below) was showing us some of his cybershot photos, made with the panoramic function- I realised I could do the same, but in much lower quality.
