I don't know if they can do it justice in today's politically correct and overly touchy society without being burned at the stake for racial stereotypes and semi pornographic anime girls... All while keeping it relevant and entertaining to modern gamers.

Those 'screenshots' are so noisy and overly processed, that if the game looks like that, it'll be completely unplayable.

I also can't stop looking at the texture stretching in the first screenshot, it's 'my first rock mesh' bad :/

Edit: Holy jesus at those poses in the second shot, broken, deformed arms or what? I've never seen such sloppy promo material.

On the other hand that's actually the deal killer for me. Deceiving "so old school" marketing for its sake while having the design of a rather modern streamlined game just doesn't fly with me.

If they REALLY wanted reboot without racial stereotypes (even though it was misunderstood imo and what mysigony, the women, unlike with Duke, hate Lo Wang and have always counter remark or even start shooting him and that's what makes it funny and the only one who wants him is ugly old lady), why not take the original shadow warrior concept before it became more like asian duke3d with few twists.
Instead this looks like some cheap ripoff of painkiller that has nothing to do with the original game in any way. Why do they even bother calling this shit Shadow Warrior then? What the hell really.
They take all fun of the game and humor and replace it with cheap zombies?

Yes I did, multiple times went through co-op even and played the expansions, even the "unreleased" one which was being restored but still remains unreleased afaik. I even had some DM sessions around on YANG.
The game was fun and challenging. And co-op was great unlike duke3d, where it wasn't really optimized for co-op and dm settings took over.

They forgot how to graphik since Hard Reset's poor expansion maps. Sucks because the lighting quality in the first release of Hard Reset was incredible.
Weapons look decent anyway, until you see the texture on the hands.
