Does that take into account $ spent per capita and the value of the other countries' currency as compared to the $? I can assure you that China whatever they are paying the Chinese military pales in comparison to what they pay the US military. Also, lets compare how much money the US doles out to other countries 'just because'.

All things being equal the US Spend more than 3 times that of China.
