Looking to replace my GTX260

So it's been a while since I last upgraded my graphics card.

I upgraded the rest of my PC last November to:

i5 2500k 3.3Ghz
16GB RAM
Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3

I'm looking at AMD/ATI after years of being nVidia because my motherboard supports CrossfireX.

Would a HD 6850 be a good upgrade? I'm not looking to spend loads on a card just a decent step up.
