Are you guys using UT3 or UDK? Because that UDK pop-out menu stuff seemed easy to use. Not that I would know, but I would find it ironic if it caused more problems than it is worth .

We are using UDK, the graphics are much better then UT3.

here is another screenshot of the Character scale problem, this time with the Jesse character. So, the problem must be code, not the character mesh.

the problem with all that fancy menu stuff is the price of flash, weve gone for a propper 3d menu.
