Custom Character Trouble - Please Help!

Hello There!

I recently made a new character for UT3 using the Krall skeleton along with its own Custom Faction. While he does work fine in the Krall faction. I've run into a problem when he has been put into his own faction. I can view him in the customize screen without any problems but when I play him in game, he transforms into a Ironguard character. Does anyone know why this happens? If anyone would like to have a look at the character, you can download him here:
