[UT99] Lift help.

I would like help with, or locationg a tutorial to help me with, creating a mover such as a lift. I, being new to UT Map creation, have found it hard to find such a tutorial, or anyone that is willing to help me with such a problem. Like I said I am new to map creation, so I would like a good tutorial that explains the why as well as the how. So if you have any great insight on where I can find tutorials, or are willing to offer a hand it would greatly be appreiciated.
