According to wikipedia, other victims include Diablo 2 (HUD elements?), Painkiller, and, of most interest to us, UT2k3.

Man I'd love to see how the upcoming lawsuits turn out. Something tells me the devs were con men smart enough to find a loophole somewhere that'll prevent their asses from being torn asunder.

The first hallway in the trailer looks like the dungeon you break out of in the beginning of Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

Oh god. I looked at the trailer from Tri Synergy themselves... there's whole sections of CTF-Aedes and DM-Purisma in there, what the hell!
