If so please give me the hideout of your mod's small but loyal playerbase!
I'm playing http://www.thieveryut.com, I'd play Infiltration ( http://infiltration.sentrystudios.net ) if I had it installed atm, both of these have a handful of dedicated servers which are populated during typical euro playtimes.

I'd love to play http://www.planetunreal.com/weaponsfactory again for example or mods in this vein like http://www.moddb.com/mods/10497/neos...afinal-release.

Alternatively the UTR mod for UT2k4 http://files.filefront.com/UT+Revolu.../fileinfo.html
there's also a simple zip version (click the uploaders name). [Note the whole team didn't approve of this release and they're working on improving it even further to what they envision it to be.]

That's it for another attempt at getting an enjoyable oldschool UT fix.

I still play UT99 occasionally for fun, I mainly only ever use a server called Nocturnal, which always tends to attract a few people, and can get quite busy at times. It has a nice map list too.

Yes I do, thus far UT3 has no chance of overcoming UT99. I love playing MH on Excal servers and plus some w00t maps on J6's server.

to come together for some fragging fun.it was saturday evening !

I know I should have finally given BC's UT ONS a spin and should have tried to
join you if I found something likeable in it. Sorry for that.
But: There's always another day.

There's just too much else to distract people these days and worse coming to worst: most of it pales in comparison...
I guess that's the whole point of this thread trying to get the people that played the good stuff (UT & by now even UT2k4) back in the days
to come back for a bit of fun.

If you are an Unreal fan and you don't play an Unreal game anymore,it would be a shame,so I still play the game,because I love it,like all the other Unreal games!
