INF with new DirectX

I've got 9.0c on my PC...is there something I can download/do to get INF to run with this version of DirectX installed? It starts and goes into the GUI, but I can't play a game, so all I can do right now is oogle at the new weapons, but not use them.

I didn't know that DX9 causes problems with the D3D driver of UT but try to use OpenGL instead (runs faster and looks much better). There also is a custom OpenGL driver which runs about 100% faster then the D3D driver.
