would you guys believe that my dsl connection is STILL facked up from the last two or three rant posts i've made? it's been like 3 goddamn weeks now and nothing's been resolved yet. every time i call the know-nothing newbies at bell they're like 'oh i will put in a trouble ticket for you, have you tried unplugging the modem and plugging it back in yet?'
